Yes. The prices listed on this page are fully inclusive of the physiotherapist's travel to any location within our verified West Midlands dispatch zones (Birmingham, Solihull, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and surrounding towns). There are no mileage surcharges or hidden travel fees.
Yes. Every Rehalign physiotherapist is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a chartered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). We provide detailed receipts showing clinical registration codes so you can easily claim back therapy costs from insurers such as Bupa, AXA, Aviva, WPA, and others (dependent on individual policy terms).
We accept secure card payments online during booking, direct bank transfers, or card payments on the day of the visit. For patients using private health insurance, we can invoice your insurer directly if prior authorization has been confirmed.
We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because our mobile therapists plan their travel routes and booking slots ahead of time, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a standard cancellation charge.
